We close on a place in COR next month (coming from the city). Anything a newcomer should know — amenities, internet, the POA, getting around in winter? All advice welcome.
Welcome! Good community. Amenities are solid — pools and the rec center get used a lot. Just know the interior roads are steep and windy, so take it slow when it's icy.
Heads up on internet — it really varies by section. A couple of providers cover it but coverage isn't uniform, so confirm what's actually available at YOUR address before you count on it for working from home.
That's exactly what I was worried about, WFH is non-negotiable for me. How's the drive to downtown?
10-15 minutes to the square depending where you land in COR. And read the POA rules before you close — not trying to scare you, it's a friendly place, just know what you're signing.
